This event has been curated in order to create safety, co-regulation and community. Through this process, we will be opening space in order to allow the body to begin healing emotional wounds. As we move through emotions, we begin to connect more to our authentic selves. This event will challenge the ego as much as it feeds the body and soul. These methods will be led by industry leaders in sound bowl healing, expressive dance, quantum harmonix and emotional release healing.
